After completing this form, our Programming Department will use the information gathered to consider programming panel topics and presentations. All information gathered from this form will be for internal office use only.

Please note: Any submitted topic, panel discussion, seminar, workshop, or creator insight is tentative until officially approved. Actual scheduling depends on the level of response and availability of participants, equipment requirements, and room availability. You will be notified via e-mail if your proposed event has been accepted. You will receive an e-mail no later than 30 days prior to the event regarding your panel status (pending cancellations and changes).
